> The iBeacon technology is able to track the places you have visited. This way, the fun can already start at home. Say you’re planning on visiting a theme park. Beforehand you can select a number of rides you would like to take. Pinpoint will track which rides you’ve been to, which are still on your list, and indicate estimated waiting times.

how does it work?

The system works with Apple’s iBeacon technology, which means you can place sensors in any location you want. As soon as someone comes close to the beacon, they will get a pop-up on their phone (iOS / Android / Windows 10). The phone uses Bluetooth Low Energy to detect how close you are to a beacon and show you any relevant information or action possibilities.
